						<p>The Gollala Mamidada Educational Society, under the auspices of Ln. D.R.K.Reddy, Founder and Honorary President, Life Member of Andhra University Academic Senate, established D.L.Reddy Degree College in the year 1991 with the noble purpose of imparting higher education to the rural people at lower cost.</p>
						<p>
						It is one of the premier institutions in East Godavari District, recognized for discipline and academic excellence. The college is located at Gollala Mamidada, an absolutely pollution free area. Under the dynamic leadership of Ln. D.Vivekananda Reddy, Secretary and Correspondent of college, has been accorded permanent affiliation by Andhra University in 1995. The college has been elevated to Post-Graduate level in the year 1993-94 itself. The Institution has been included under 2F and 12B of UGC Act and receiving financial assistance under various schemes for the development of the college.

						The Campus: The College is spread over 16 acres of land surrounded by lush green paddy fields. It has an excellent accommodation (66,000 Sq.ft., Four storied building) with impressive infrastructure such as spacious and well-furnished classrooms, fully equipped Labs for Computer Science, Chemistry, Physics and English. Open Air Auditorium, Large Seminar Hall, Gymnasium and 10 Acre play field. The college has ample scope for further expansion through construction of new buildings and introduction of new Courses.

	 <h3>About the Founder and Honorary President</h3>
	<p>Sri D.R.K.Reddy. the Founder and Honorary President of Dwarampudi Lakshmana Reddy College (Degree and P.G.Courses ) is a man of exceptional Qualities. It is very rare to come across a person like him in the real life. He has helped many people and institutions with his generous financial contributions.He is a Life Member of the Andhra University Academic Senate. But for Sri D.R.K.Reddy's indomitable spirit , hard work and personal attention, the unprecedented development of the above mentioned Colleges would not have been possible in a short span of 10 Years .
